Many people carry a smile on their face but their heart is heavy. Today the LORD opened my eyes and a way for me to pray with someone facing huge discouragement. She was struggling with having to forgive a person. And yes when it comes to relating why she finds it hard to forgive, the tears come.
It happened that Mary's brother had died. Jesus arrived at their house. When Mary reached the place where Jesus was and saw Him, she fell at His feet and said, “Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.” When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come along with her also weeping, He was deeply moved in spirit and troubled. “Where have you laid him?” He asked. “Come and see, Lord,” they replied. Jesus wept.” John 11:32-35

The God of all comfort keeps track of our sorrows. He collects all our tears in a bottle. We can use the comfort to comfort those who need comfort. Don't waste our sorrows.
